CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-89--o2_8�
A RESOLUTION REVISING THE SCHEDULE OF PERMIT
FEES FOR THE CITY OF TAMARAC; PROVIDING THAT
THE CERTIFICATION MAINTENANCE FEE SHOULD BE
DECREASED FROM .02 PER $100.00 OF ESTIMATED
COST TO .01 PER $100.00 OF ESTIMATED COST;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, on September 13, 1989 the City Council of the
City of Tamarac adopted Resolution R-89-227 which incor-
porated a schedule of permit fees dated August 11, 1989; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager and Building Department have
determined that the City of Tamarac certification maintenance
fee should be revised; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tamarac has
determined that the adoption of this Resolution is in the
public interest;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Schedule of Permit Fees dated
August 11, 1989 and attached to Resolution R-89-227 as
Exhibit "A" is hereby amended in part to read as follows:
TAMARAC BUILDING PERMIT SCHEDULE OF FEES
REVISED AUGUST 11, 1989
SECTION C: Certification maintenance - All permits for new
construction 1/100th of 420- (1%) of estimated cost
($9:92 0.01 per $100.00).

SECTION 2: All other parts of the Schedule of Permit
Fees dated August 11, 1989 and attached as Exhibit "A" to
Resolution R 89-227 shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its passage.
