CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-89-a-U-7
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A SALARY
INCREASE FOR EXECUTIVE/MANAGERIAL,
CONFIDENTIAL AND SUPERVISORY
EMPLOYEES; ADDITIONALLY PROVIDING A
THREE HUNDRED DOLLAR ($300.00)
INCREASE IN THE BENEFIT OPTION PLAN
FOR ALL INDIVIDUALS OUTSIDE OF THE
CITY'S COLLECTIVE BARGAINING UNITS;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Manager has proposed a salary increase for
all executive/managerial, confidential and supervisory employees
and a benefit option increase for individuals outside of the City's
bargaining units; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered this plan and wishes
to implement it.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: A salary increase of four point seven percent
(4.7%) is hereby granted the City Manager, City Attorney and all
permanent and permanent part-time executive/managerial,
confidential and supervisory employees.
SECTION 2: That the benefit option program is increased from
$1,000.00 to $1,300.00 each fiscal year for all individuals outside
the City's bargaining units.
SECTION 3: That said increases shall be retroactive to
October 1, 1989.
SECTION 4: This Resolution shall take effect upon adoption.
