CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-- 89 - aZ 9(
A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE ELIMINATION OF THE
BUILDING SUPERINTENDENT AND CONFIDENTIAL SECRETARY
POSITIONS WITHIN THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT;
PROVIDING FOR THE CREATION OF FOREMAN BUILDING AND
JANITORIAL AND OFFICE MANAGER POSITIONS WITHIN THE
PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Public Works Director has expressed an inten-
tion to reorganize that Department by the elimination of
positions and creation of other positions; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has reviewed the Public Works
Director's planned reorganization and has determined that it is
in the City's best interest; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends adoption of this Reso-
lution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY The COUNCIL Of THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: The City Council hereby authorizes the elimin-
ation of the following positions from the Public works Depart-
ment:

SECTION 2: The City Council hereby authorizes the creation
of the following position within the Public Works Department.
