CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-89-
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING A SPECIAL EXCEPTION
USE FOR A RESTAURANT WITHOUT ON -PREMISES
CONSUMPTION OF BEER AND WINE TO ROBERT P. SMITH,
D/B/A PEPPINO'S RESTAURANT, LOCATED AT 8765 N.W.
57TH STREET; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the City Council granted a Special Exception to
permit a restaurant with on -premises consumption of beer and
wine to Craig Carlino, D/B/A DaVinci's Italian Restaurant,
8765 N.W. 57th Street, Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to transfer the Special
Exception Restaurant Use to:
Robert P. Smith, President
Peppino's Restaurant
8765 N.W. 57th Street, Tamarac
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1 That the Special Exception permitting a
Restaurant for Peppino's Restaurant is HEREBY transferred to
Robert P. Smith, President, D/B/A Peppino's Restaurant
located at 8765 N.W. 57th Street, Tamarac.
SECTION 2 That the Special Exception permitting on
premises consumption of beer and wine is not transferable
under this Resolution.
SECTION 3 The following conditions apply:
1. This License is transferable administratively, by City
staff, upon payment of all applicable fees and compliance
with all City Codes.
2. This License does not allow sale of, or on -premises
consumption of beer and wine.
3. Special Use Exception for on -premises consumption of beer
and wine in NOT transferable.
SECTION 4 This Resolution shall become effective
