CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-89- -3/9
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH
PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED TO GUARANTEE
COMPLETION OF CONCRETE PAVERS AT
BUILDING 20, ON THE GREENS; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Transcapital Development Corporation has filed with
the City a cash bond in the amount of $2,000.00 to guarantee
completion of concrete pavers at Building 20, on the Greens,
7143-7153 Woodmont Way (Permit #88--967) ; and
WHEREAS, the City Chief Building Official has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release
of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Cash Bond posted by Transcapital
Development Corporation in the amount of $2,000.00 to guarantee
completion of concrete pavers at Building 20, on the Greens,
7143-7153 Woodmont Way (Permit #88-967), is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption. -sue
