CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-89-.a,�LL
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AL MALLOR AS CHAIRMAN OF
THE VETERANS AFFAIRS COMMITTEE; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 0-88-41 requires that the
Chairman of the Veterans Affairs Committee be nominated by
the members of said Committee but appointed by the City
Council; and
WHEREAS, the members of the Veterans Affairs Committee
have nominated Al Mallor to serve as Chairman of said
Committee; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to appoint a Chairman
at this time.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Al
Mallor is hereby appointed as
Chairman of the Veterans Affairs Committee with a term to
expire June 10, 1989.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED
