CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-89- 3;Z-;Z-
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A 10--
FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT OFFERED BY AMBASSADOR
HOMES, INC. ACCROSS A PORTION OF LOTS 54
AND 72, WOODMONT TRACT 47, TO REPLACE AN
EXISTING EASEMENT TO BE VACATED; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA;
SECTION 1: That the 10-foot utility easement offered by
Ambassador Homes, Inc. across a portion of Lots 54 and 72,
Woodmont Tract 47, requested by Southern Bell and Tamarac
Utilities to replace an existing easement that is to be vacated
at the request of the owner of Lots 54 and 72, Woodmont Tract
47, is HEREBY APPROVED AND ACCEPTED, a copy of said easement
being attached hereto as "Exhibit 1".
SECTION 2: That the appropriate City officials are hereby
authorized to execute said easement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to record said easement in the public records of
Broward County, Florida.
SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.

AMBASSADOR HOMES, INC., Party of the First Part, and THE CITY OF TAMARAC, a
Florida municipal corporation, Party of the Second Part, whose mailing
address Is 7525 N.W. 88th Avenue, Tamarac, Florida 33321.

situates in Broward County, Florida, and is described as follows:

Page 2 of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida, more fully
described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot 54; thence N.61030100"W., for
31.72 feet; thence N.10030100"W., for 55.42 feet; thence N.79030100"E., for
10.00 feet; thence S.10030100"E., for 50.65 feet; thence S.61030100"E., for
31.95 feet; thence S.28030100"W., for 10.00 feet; thence N.61030100"W., for
5.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
