CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-89-_.3X.
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE
BOND POSTED FOR WATER DISTRIBUTION
SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS BY LENNAR
HOMES, INC., FOR THE FAIRFAX III;
PROJECT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal, and
Citibank, N.A., as Surety, has filed with the City Letter
of Credit No. NY-0489-30004378 in the amount of $77,278.75 to
guarantee water distribution improvements at Fairfax III; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release
of said letter of credit upon receipt of a one --year warranty bond
in the amount of $30,051.94.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Letter of Credit No. NY-0489-30004378
posted by Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal, and Citibank, N.A., as
Surety, in the amount of $77,278.75 for water distribution system
improvements at Fairfax III, is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
