CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-89-3o7-w
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE
BOND POSTED FOR SEWER COLLECTION
SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS BY LENNAR
HOMES, INC., FOR THE FAIRFAX III;
PROJECT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal, and
Citibank, N.A., as Surety, has filed with the City Letter
of Credit No. NY-0489-30004379 in the amount of $58,118.75
to guarantee sewer collection system improvements at Fairfax III;
and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release
of said letter of credit upon receipt of a one-year warranty bond
in the amount of $25,422.71.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Letter of Credit No. NY-0489-30004379
posted by Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal, and Citibank, N.A., as
Surety, in the amount of $58,118.75 for public improvements at
Fairfax III, is HEREBY RELEASED, subject to receipt of a one-year
warranty bond in the amount of $25,422.71.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
