CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-89-� %
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND
POSTED FOR SEWAGE COLLECTION SYSTEM
IMPROVEMENTS BY LENNAR HOMES, INC.,
FOR THE FAIRFAX I PROJECT; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal, and Sun Bank of
Miami, as Surety, has filed with the City Letter of Credit
No. 20302 in the amount of $7,612.68 posted for sewage Collection
system improvements for the Fairfax I project; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release
of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Letter of Credit No. 20302 posted by
Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal, and Sun Bank of Miami, as Surety,
in the amount of $7,612.68 for sewage collection system
improvements for the Fairfax I project, is Hereby Released.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
