4 A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND POSTED FOR
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY HEALTH CARE AND RETIREMENT
5 CORPORATION OF AMERICA, FOR THE TAMARAC NURSING
CENTER PROJECT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

WHEREAS, Health Care and Retirement Corporation of
America, as Principal, and The Aetna Casualty and Surety
Company, as Surety, has filed with the City Bond No.
02-SB--100485207 in the amount of $27,429.50 posted for public
improvements for the Tamarac Nursing Center project; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has
recommended release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Bond No. 02-SB-100485207 posted by
Health Care and Retirement Corporation of America, as
Principal, and The Aetna Casualty and Surety Company, as
Surety, in the amount of $27,429.50 for public improvements
for the Tamarac -Nursing Center project, is Hereby Released.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
