RESOLUTION NO. R-89--!�y
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED TO GUARANTEE INSTALLATION OF DUMPSTER
GATES BY SOUTHEAST SHOPPING CENTERS CORPORATION
FOR TAMARAC TOWN SQUARE, BUILDING B, PERMIT
#88--775; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Southeast Shopping Centers Corporation, has
filed with the City a Cash Bond, in the amount of $600.00 to
guarantee installation of dumpster gates at Tamarac Town
Square, Building B, Permit #88-775; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said cash bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Cash Bond posted by Southeast
Shopping Centers Corporation, in the amount of $600.00 to
guarantee installation of dumpster gates at Tamarac Town
Square, Building B, Permit #88--775, is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption. p-1x1
