CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-89-5
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED TO GUARANTEE INSTALLATION OF IRRIGATION
SYSTEM BY LENNAR HOMES, INC., FOR CLAIRMONT,
BUILDING G, PERMIT #86-1407; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Lennar Homes, Inc., has filed with the City a
Cash Bond in the amount of $8,530.00 to guarantee
installation of the irrigation system at Clairmont,
Building G, Permit #88-1407; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said cash bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Cash Bond posted by Lennar Homes,
Inc., in the amount of $8,530.00 to guarantee the irrigation
system at Clairmont, Building G, Permit #88-1407, is HEREBY
RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption. vt
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this S day of
1989.
