CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-89--
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH PERFORMANCE BOND,
POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY ATLAS ROOFING
COMPANY FOR COMPLETION OF ROOFS ON C--14 CANAL PUMP
STATIONS 1,2 AND 3 (BID #88-46); AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Atlas Roofing Company has filed with the City
cash Bond in the amount of $4,250.00 to guarantee completion
of roofs on C-14 Canal Pump Stations 1,2 and 3 (Bid #88--46) ;
and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA
SECTION 1: That the cash Bond posted by Atlas Roofing
Company in the amount of $4,250.00 for completion of roofs on
C-14 Canal Pump Stations 1, 2 and 3 (Bid #88-46) is HEREBY
RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of 1989.
