CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R--89-V--7
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND POSTED FOR
THE WATER DISTRIBUTION AND SEWAGE COLLECTION
SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS BY T.W.T. ASSOCIATES, FOR
BROOKWOOD PLAZA PHASE II PROJECT; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, T.W.T. Associates, as Principal, and The
Citizens and Southern National Bank of Florida, as Surety,
has filed with the City Letter of Credit No. A-6881/SB in the
amount of $6,313.46 posted for the water distribution and
sewage collection system improvements for Brookwood Plaza
Phase II project; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has
recommended release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Letter of Credit No. A-6881/SB
posted by T.W.T. Associates, as Principal, and The Citizens
and Southern National Bank of Florida, as Surety, in the
amount of $6,313.46 for the water distribution and sewage
collection system improvements for Brookwood Plaza Phase II
project, is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
