CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION N0. R-89--g
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED
FOR THE WATER DISTRIBUTION AND SEWAGE COLLECTION
SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS BY LENNAR HOMES, INC., FOR
THE FAIRFAX II PROJECT; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal, and Citibank,
N.A., as Surety, has filed with the City Letter of Credit No.
NY-0489-30002698 in the amount of $14,208.25 to guarantee the
water distribution and sewage collection system improvements
at Fairfax II; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has
recommended release of said bond upon receipt of a one --year
warranty bond in the amount of $4,244.68.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Letter of Credit No.
NY-0489-30002698 posted by Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal,
and Citibank, N.A., as Surety, in the amount of $14,208.25
for the water distribution and sewage collection system
improvements at Fairfax 11, is HEREBY RELEASED, subject to
receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the amount of
$4,244.68.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption. V�J
