RESOLUTION NO. R-89-_�,3
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SIGNATURES FOR BANK
ACCOUNTS AT SUN BANK/SOUTH FLORIDA, N.A.; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Sun Bank/South Florida N.A. is hereby
directed to accept the facsimile signature of the following
officials:
Norman Abramowitz, Mayor
and
John P. Kelly, City Manager
for the following accounts:
ACCOUNT
Concentration Account
Accounts Payable
ACCOUNT NUMBER

Payroll 0407-006549888
Insurance 0407-006549899
SECTION 2: In the event the facsimile signature is not
available, the bank is hereby directed to accept any two (2)
of the following written signatures:

SECTION 3: That copies of this resolution be supplied to
