CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-89-�
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED
FOR THE LANDSCAPING AND IRRIGATION SYSTEM BY
ROEPNACK CORPORATION FOR THE NATIONAL SAFETY
COUNCIL, PERMIT #88-1656; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Roepnack Corporation, as Principal, and The
Hartford Fire Insurance Company, as Surety, has filed with
the City Bond No. 120988 in the amount of $68,037.00 to
guarantee landscaping and irrigation at The National Safety
Council, Permit #88-1656; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Bond No. 120988 posted by Roepnack
Corporation, as Principal, and The Hartford Fire Insurance
Company, as Surety, in the amount of $68,037.00 for land-
scaping and irrigation at the National Safety Council, Permit
#88-1656, is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption. D
