CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R--89- 65
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED FOR THE IRRIGATION SYSTEM BY THE LANDINGS
ON CYPRESS GREENS FOR THE LANDINGS ON CYPRESS
GREENS, BUILDING #16, PERMIT #88-2614; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, The Landings On Cypress Greens has filed with
the City a Cash Bond in the amount of $3,000.00 to guarantee
installation of the irrigation system at The Landings On
Cypress Greens, Building #16; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Cash Bond posted by The Landings On
Cypress Greens, Permit #88--2614, in the amount of $3,000.00
to guarantee installation of the irrigation system, is HEREBY
RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption. o
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 4;L;7- day of
1989.
