CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R--89- 6 9
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND POSTED FOR
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY MCNAB ASSOCIATES, LTD.,
FOR THE TAMARAC SQUARE WEST PROJECT; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Mc Nab Associates, LTD., as Principal, and
Southeastern Casualty and Indemnity Insurance Company, as
Surety, has filed with the City Bond No. W00363 in the amount
of $91,182.90 posted for public improvements for the Tamarac
Square West project; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recom-
mended release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Bond No. W00363 posted by Mc Nab
Associates, LTD., as Principal, and Southeastern Casualty and
Indemnity Insurance Company, as Surety, in the amount of
$91,182.90 for public improvements for the Tamarac Square
West project, is Hereby Released.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of 01 1989.
