CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R--89-. 22
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED FOR COMPLETION OF SITE LIGHTING, PERMIT
#87-1257, BY BRADLEY CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC.,
FOR UNIVERSITY CLUB APARTMENTS; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Bradley Construction Company, Inc., has filed
with the City a Cash Bond in the amount of $9,000.00 to
guarantee completion of site lighting at University Club
Apartments, Permit #87--1257; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said Cash Bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Cash Bond posted by Bradley
Construction Company, Inc., in the amount of $9,000.00 for
completion of site lighting at University Club Apartments,
Permit #87--1257, is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this /vP- day of ' 1989.
