CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-89-Ze?
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED FOR COMPLETION OF THE SPA BY GREEN KROLL
AT WOODMONT, PERMIT #87-3516, FOR WOODMONT TRACT
71, LOT 44, 8316 NORTHWEST 72 COURT, TAMARAC; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Green Kroll at Woodmont, has filed with the
City a Cash Bond in the amount of $1,000.00 to guarantee
completion of the spa at Woodmont Tract 71, Lot 44, 8316
Northwest 72 Court, Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said Cash Bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Cash Bond posted by Green Kroll at
Woodmont, Permit #87-3516, in the amount of $1,000.00 for
completion of the spa at Woodmont Tract 71, Lot 44, 8316
Northwest 72 Court, Tamarac, is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this /vP` day of 1989.
