RESOLUTION NO. R--89- %c
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED
FOR COMPLETION OF LANDSCAPING, ENGINEERING AND
THE IRRIGATION SYSTEM BY B & G REALTY, INC., FOR
BUDGETEL INN, PERMIT #87-2611; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, B & G Realty, Inc., as Principal, and Old
Republic Insurance Co., as Surety, has filed with the City a
Bond in the amount of $55,302.00 to guarantee completion of
landscaping, engineering and the irrigation system at
Budgetel Inn; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Bond posted by B & G Realty, Inc.,
as Principal, and Old Republic Insurance Co., as Surety, in
the amount of $55,302.00 for completion of landscaping,
engineering and the irrigation system at Budgetel Inn, Permit
#87-2611, is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption. Vt
