CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-89-_&�-
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED
FOR SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS BY LENNAR HOMES, INC.,
FOR TAMARAC GARDENS, PARCELS K, L AND M; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal, and
Manufacturers National Bank, as Surety, has filed with the
City Letter of Credit No. 86536, in the amount of $9,132.00,
to guarantee sidewalk improvements at Tamarac Gardens,
Parcels K, L and M; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recom-
mended release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Letter of Credit No, 86536 posted by
Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal, and Manufacturers National
Bank, as Surety, in the amount of $9,132.00 for sidewalk
improvements at Tamarac Gardens, Parcels K, L and M, is
HEREBY RELEASED,
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this/oZ day of 1989.
