CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-89- /O
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY BARNETT BANK OF
SOUTH FLORIDA N.A. FOR BARNETT BANK (TAMARAC
BRANCH); AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, Barnett Bank of South Florida, N.A., has filed
with the City a Cash Bond in the amount of $13,327.50 to
guarantee public improvements at Barnett Bank (Tamarac
Branch); and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recom-
mended release of $8,476.75 of said cash bond with the City
retaining $4,850.75 as a one-year warranty bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF'
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That $8,476.75 of the Cash Bond in the amount
of $13,327.50 posted by Barnett Bank of South Florida, N.A.,
for public improvements at Barnett Bank (Tamarac Branch), is
HEREBY RELEASED, with the City retaining $4,850.75 as a one-
year warranty bond.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
