CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
1 RESOLUTION NO. R-88-
2 A RESOLUTION ISSUING REVISED DEVELOPMENT
ORDER NO. 119-1 FOR ALL SAINTS LUTHERAN
3 CHURCH PROJECT FOR A REVISED SITE PLAN
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF SECTIONS 7-2
4 THROUGH 7-11 OF THE TAMARAC CODE; AND
5 PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the instructions of the City
Council of Tamarac, Florida, a public meeting has been
8 advertised in accordance with applicable law of the date,
9 time and place of the meeting regarding the review of the
10 application for a revised development order by the applicant
11 for development approval; and
12 WHEREAS, the City Council has examined and investigated
13 the application and staff recommendations, and the attached
14 Development Review Status Sheet dated January 8, 1988; and
15 WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the revised develop-
16 ment order and accompanying documents at a public meeting;
17 and
8 WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the
application is in compliance with all elements of the Compre-
20 hensive Plan, or will be in compliance prior to the issuance
21 of a Certificate of Occupancy for the development that is the
22 subject of the application.
23 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
24 TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
25 SECTION 1: That the application for approval of a
26 revised site plan for All Saints Lutheran Church, prepared by
27 Team Architecture, Inc., revised on December 8, 1987,
28 reflecting revisions to parking on the north side of McNab
29 Road between University Drive and N.W. 80 Avenue is HEREBY
30 APPROVED subject to the following conditions:
1 A. Construction is to be in complete compliance with
32 the plans and specifications submitted by the developer to
33 the City of Tamarac as described in Section II of the
34 Development: Review Status Sheet and approved engineering
35 drawinas.

B. Commencement of construction shall be no longer
than one year from the date of this approval. If the devel-
opment does not commence construction within one year, this
approval is null and void unless an extension has been
granted in accordance with applicable regulations.
C. The revised development order is assignable, but an
assignment does not discharge any assignee from strict
compliance with the order unless the City Council consents to
modify any of the original requirements.
D. Additional conditions established in order to issue
the revised development order are set forth as follows:
SECTION 2: Should any section or provision of this
revised development order be declared by a court of competent
jurisdiction to be invalid, the City Council shall determine
if the other portions of the order remain valid or whether
the approval shall be null and void.
SECTION 3: This revised development order as conditioned
shall become effective immediately upon its passage.
