�T RESOLUTION NO. R-88-
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATE
CITY OFFICIALS TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN BROWARD COUNTY AND THE CITY OF
TAMARAC RELATING TO TERMINATION OF WASTE-
WATER TREATMENT CAPACITY LEASE AGREEMENT;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the appropriate City officials are
HEREBY AUTHORIZED to execute an agreement between Broward
County and the City of Tamarac relating to termination of
wastewater treatment capacity lease agreement, a copy of said
agreement being attached hereto as "Exhibit 1".
SECTION 2: That the appropriate City officials are
hereby authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the
City.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption. Lrul

THIS IS AN AGREEMENT between: BROWARD COUNTY, a political subdi-
vision of the State of Florida, its successors and assigns ("COUNTY"),
through its Board of County Commissioners,
AND
The CITY OF TAMARAC, a municipal corporation in the State of
Florida, its successors and assigns ("CITY") .
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, BROWARD COUNTY and CITY OF TAMARAC are mutually
desirous of terminating a Wastewater Treatment Capacity Lease Agreement
entered into on May 27, 1986; NOW, THEREFORE,
IN CONSIDERATION of the mutual terms and conditions, promises,
covenants, and payments hereinafter set forth, COUNTY and CITY agree as
follows:
1. The Wastewater Treatment Capacity Lease Agreement entered into by
the COUNTY and CITY on May 27, 1986, is hereby terminated on the
date of execution of this Agreement by the Chair of the Board of
County Commissioners.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have made and executed
this Agreement on the respective dates under each signature: BROWARD
COUNTY through its BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, signing by and
through its Chair, authorized to execute same by Board action on the
