CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-88-- /0_9
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. R-87-141
DESIGNATING A NEW PROJECT FINANCIAL OFFICER
RESPONSIBLE FOR MONITORING THE FLORIDA
DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES AQUATIC PLANT
CONTROL FUNDING PROGRAM FOR FISCAL YEAR
19$7/88; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of Tamarac is desirous of
Amending Resolution R-87-141, which designated a project
Financial officer responsible for monitoring the Florida
Department of Natural Resources Aquatic Plant Control Funding
Program for Fiscal Year 1987/88.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Section 3 of Resolution R-87-141 is
hereby amended as follows:
"SECTION 3 : That ffohn---Mentalve Kenneth
J_.Burroughs is the City's assigned
Project Financial officer who is
knowledgeable of all financial and
accounting requirements of the State
Aquatic Plant Control Funding Program and
Chapter 16C-50, Florida Administrative
Code."
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its passage. 'L
