CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R--88- //
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC APPROVING
A REVISED FINAL PLAT FOR PROSPECT PLAZA; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Prospect Plaza Plat was originally approved
by the City of Tamarac on February 10, 1988; and
WHEREAS, the Prospect Plaza Plat is the site of the
proposed National Safety Council project; and
WHEREAS, subsequent to the City's plat approval, Broward
County requested certain modification to the Prospect Plaza
Plat; and
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac washes to approve a revised
final plat for Prospect Plaza which incorporates the changes
required by Broward County,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION I : That upon recommendation of the Community
Development Department and the City Engineer the revised
final plat for Prospect Plaza is hereby approved.
SECTION 2 : That the Development review requirements of
the Broward County Land Use plan appear to have been sat-
isfied.
SECTION 3 : That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute the appropriate documentation evidenc-
ing approval of the revised plat.

SECTION 4 This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
