CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-88- !/�:
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED TO GUARANTEE THE DEMOLITION AND REMOVAL OF
THE TEMPORARY TRAILER FACILITY BY CALIFORNIA
FEDERAL, FOR THE CALIFORNIA FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
LOAN PROJECT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, California Federal has filed with the City a
Cash Bond in the amount of $3,500.00 to guarantee the demo-
lition and removal of the temporary trailer facility at the
Rock Island/Saba! Palm Boulevard, East location; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the facility has now been removed and the permanent building
is finalized and has recommended release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Cash Bond posted by California
Federal in the amount of $3,500.00 for demolition and removal
of the temporary trailer facility at the Rock Island/Sabal
Palm Boulevard, East location, is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
