CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-88-_ZL2
A RESOLUTION RELEASING THE WARRANTY BOND
POSTED FOR WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS BY
LENNAR HOMES, INCORPORATED, FOR THE
CLAIRMONT PHASE I PROJECT; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Lennar Homes, Incorporated, as Principal, and
Citibank, N.A., as Surety, has filed with the City a warranty
bond #NABG--R92193F in the amount of $9,572.35 for water
system improvements; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recom-
mended release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That warranty bond #NABG-R92193F in the
amount of $9,572.35, posted by Lennar Homes, Incorporated, as
Principal, and Citibank, N.A., as Surety, for water system
improvements for the Clairmont Phase II project, is hereby
released.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
