CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-88-_ 1/,>
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND
POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY LAKES OF
CARRIAGE HILLS, INCORPORATED, FOR THE LAKES
OF CARRIAGE HILLS PROJECT; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Lakes of Carriage Hills, Incorporated, as
Principal, and Barnett Bank, as Surety, has filed with the
City warranty bond #SB-1186 in the amount of $34,338.06 for
public improvements for the Lakes of Carriage Hills project;
and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recom-
mended release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That warranty bond #SB-1186 in the amount of
$34,338.06, posted by Lakes of Carriage Hills, Incorporated,
as Principal, and Barnett Bank, as Surety, for public
improvements at the Lakes of Carriage Hills project, is
hereby released.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
