CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-88-//
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATE
CITY OFFICIALS TO CALL A BOND POSTED BY
ATLANTIC & PACIFIC CONSTRUCTION COMPANY,
INCORPORATED, FOR CALICO COUNTRY PHASE II;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Atlantic & Pacific Construction Company,
Incorporated, as Principal, with Regency Insurance Company,
as Surety, has filed with the City warranty bond #SF00006 in
the amount of $25,250.00 to guarantee sewer system improve-
ments associated with the Calico Country, Phase II project;
and
WHEREAS, the bond is due to expire and there is not
properly completed work; and
WHEREAS, the Principal has been notified that the work
is not properly completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the recitations set forth above are true
and correct.
SECTION 2: That warranty bond #SF00006 in the amount of
$25,250.00 posted by Atlantic & Pacific Construction Company,
Incorporated, as Principal, and Regency Insurance Company, as
Surety, is hereby called by the City of Tamarac if an exten-
sion has not been provided to said bond on or before May 9,
1988.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
