CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-88- �
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATE
CITY OFFICIALS TO CALL A BOND POSTED BY
TAMARAC POINTE, LTD., FOR TAMARAC POINTE
PROJECT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Tamarac Pointe, Ltd., as Principal, with
BancOhio National Bank, as Surety, has filed with the City
Bond #498 in the amount of $49,872.56 to guarantee public
improvements associated with the Tamarac Pointe project,
unless an extension is provided by May 23, 1988; and
WHEREAS, the bond is due to expire on May 27, 1988 and
there is not properly completed work; and
WHEREAS, the Principal has been notified that the work
is not properly completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the recitations set forth above are true
and correct.
SECTION 2: That Bond #498 in the amount of $49,872.56
posted by Tamarac Pointe, Ltd., as Principal, and BancOhio
National Bank, as Surety, is hereby called by the City of
Tamarac if an extension has not been provided to said bond on
or before May 23, 1988.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
