CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-88- 13
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION TO
PERMIT THE OPERATION OF A RESTAURANT ON THE NORTH
SIDE OF COMMERCIAL BOULEVARD, APPROXIMATELY
253-FEET WEST OF UNIVERSITY DRIVE, WHICH IS ZONED
B-1 (NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESS), PETITION #39-Z-87;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for
the granting of special exception to permit the operation of
a restaurant on the north side of Commercial Boulevard,
approximately 253-feet west of university Drive, which is
zoned B-1 (neighborhood business); and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the public
has been given an opportunity to express their views concern-
ing the application for special exception; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that
the petition for special exception would be in keeping with
the public health, safety and general welfare of the City of
Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the petition for special exception to
permit the operation of a restaurant on the north side of
Commercial Boulevard, approximately 253-feet west of
University Drive, which is zoned B-1 (neighborhood business),
is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval:

SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
