CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-88-Z.2�
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH WARRANTY BOND
POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY PEBB
ENTERPRISES FOR THE PEBB PROJECT (CENTRUST
BANK); AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Pebb Enterprises, has filed with the City a
cash warranty bond in the amount of $2,116.31 posted for
public improvements associated with the Pebb project
(CenTrust Bank at University Drive and McNab Road); and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recom-
mended release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the cash warranty bond in the amount of
$2,116.31 posted for public improvements associated with the
Pebb project (CenTrust Bank at University Drive and Mc Nab
Road), is Hereby Released.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption. riv
