CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-88- /--3
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND
POSTED FOR THE SEWER COLLECTION SYSTEM BY
LENNAR HOMES, INCORPORATED FOR THE
CLAIRMONT, PHASE I PROJECT; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Lennar Homes, Incorporated, has filed with the
City a warranty Letter of Credit #NY-0489-00092194 in the
amount of $9,007.23 posted for the sewer collection system at
Clairmont, Phase I; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recom-
mended release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the warranty Letter of Credit
#NY-0489-00092194 in the amount of $9,007.23 posted for the
sewer collection system at Clairmont, Phase I, is Hereby
Released.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
