CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-88- /3 ,S7
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND
POSTED FOR THE CHLORINE BUILDING AND
RELATED CONSTRUCTION FOR TUW PROJECT 85-19,
SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT IMPROVEMENTS BY R.J.
SULLIVAN CORPORATION; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, R.J. Sullivan, as Principal, and CNA Insurance
Companies, as Surety, has filed with the City a warranty bond
in the amount of.$160,100.00 posted for the chlorine building
and related construction for TUW Project 85-19, Sewage
Treatment Plant Improvements by R.J. Sullivan Corporation;
and
WHEREAS, the City Utilities Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recom-
mended release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the warranty bond in the amount of
$160,100.00 posted for the chlorine building and related
construction for TUW Project 85-19, Sewage Treatment Plant
Improvements by R.J. Sullivan Corporation, is Hereby
Released.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this -� day of 1988.
