CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-88- I.:3
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND
POSTED BY UTILITIES SERVICES, INCORPORATED,
FOR THE FUEL TANK REPLACEMENT AND CONTAIN-
MENT AREA AT THE MAIN PUMP STATION FOR
TAMARAC UTILITIES EAST PROJECT 86-16,
WELLFIELD PROTECTION FACILITIES; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Utilities Services, Incorporated, as Principal,
and International Fidelity Insurance Company, as Surety, has
filed with the City a warranty bond #CP-70179 in the amount
of $10,750.00 for the fuel tank replacement and containment
area at the main pump station for TUE Project 86-16, Well -
field Protection Facilities; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recom-
mended release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the warranty bond #CP-70179 posted by
Utilities Services, Incorporated, as Principal, and
International Fidelity Insurance Company, as Surety, for the
fuel tank replacement and containment area at the main pump
station for Tamarac Utilities East Project 86--16, Wellfield
Protection Facilities in the amount of $10,750.00 is Hereby
Released.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
