R-88-/±6 3 A RESOLUTION ISSUING DEVELOPMENT ORDER NO. 237 FOR PATRICIAN "A" FOR A FINAL PLAT 4 PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF SECTIONS 7-2 THROUGH 7-11 OF THE TAMARAC CODE; AND 3 PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, pursuant to the instructions of the City Council of Tamarac, Florida, a public meeting has been B advertised in accordance with applicable law of the date, time and place of the meeting regarding the review of the 10 application for a development order by the applicant for 11 development approval; and 12 WHEREAS, the City Council has examined and investigated 13 the application, staff and Planning Commission recommenda- 14 tions, and the attached Development Review Status Sheet dated 15 May 18, 1988; and 16 WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the development order 17 and accompanying documents at a public meeting; and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the application is in compliance with all elements of the Compre- 20 hensive Plan, or will be in compliance prior to the issuance 21 of a Certificate of Occupancy for the development that is the 22 subject of the application. 23 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 24 TAMARAC, FLORIDA: 25 SECTION 1: That the development described on the 26 attached Development Review Status Sheet dated May 18, 1988, 27 is granted a development order for a plat subject to the 28 following conditions: 29 A. Additional conditions established in order to issue the development order are set forth as follows: A"C N' SECTION 2: That the following documents are hereby accepted and approved as a part of this development order: Development Review Agreement -Water Retention Agreement SECTION 3: Should any section or provision of this development order be declared by a court of competent juris- diction to be invalid, the City Council shall determine if the other portions of the order remain valid or whether the approval shall be null and void.
