CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-88-
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A BEAUTIFICATION
BOND POSTED FOR THE PLACEMENT OF SOD FOR A
HOME LOCATED AT 8547 NW 77 STREET, LOT 77,
WOODMONT TRACT 57 BY MORTON WINKEL; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Morton Winkel, has filed with the City a cash
beautification bond in the amount of $300.00 to guarantee the
placement of sod -at 8547 NW 77 Street, Lot 77, Woodmont Tract
57; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the cash beautification bond posted by
Morton Winkel of 8547 NW 77 Street, Tamarac, in the amount of
$300.00 for the placement of sod at that address, is HEREBY
RELEASED.
Section 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption. L�
