CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND
POSTED FOR THE WATER DISTRIBUTION
IMPROVEMENTS BY SUPERIOR HOMES,
INCORPORATED, FOR THE WOODLANDS DAY SCHOOL;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Superior Homes, Incorporated, as Principal, and
Southeast Bank, N.A., as Surety, has filed with the City
Letter of Credit #8656 in the amount of $5,634.38 to
guarantee the water distribution system improvements at the
Woodlands Day School; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recom-
mended release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Letter of Credit #8856 in the amount of
$5,634.38, posted for water distribution improvements by
Superior Homes, Incorporated, for the Woodlands Day School,
is Hereby Released.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption. ✓
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of1988.
