RESOLUTION NO. R-88-
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A BILL
OF SALE ABSOLUTE FROM WOODLANDS SCHOOL,
INCORPORATED, FOR THE WATER DISTRIBUTION
SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE WOODLANDS DAY
SCHOOL; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Bill of Sale Absolute offered by
Woodlands School, Incorporated, for the water distribution
system improvements for the Woodlands Day School, is HEREBY
APPROVED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day ofyc._ 1988.

EASEMENT FOR FIRE HYDRANT
A 15.00 foot wide Easement for a Water Main and Fire Hydrant,
lying in the South 175.00 feet of Parcel "T", MAINLANDS OF
TAMARAC LAKES UNIT FIFTEEN, according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 71 at Page 3 of the Public Records of
Broward County, Florida, being 7.50 feet on either and both sides
of the following described center line:
COMMENCE at the Southwest corner of PARCEL "T", MAINLANDS OF
TAMARAC LAKES UNIT FIFTEEN, according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 71 at Page 3 of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida;
thence run North 01025'17" West along the West boundary of said
PARCEL "T" for a distance of 50.00 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING of the center line of the Easement hereinafter to
be described;
