CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-88-
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ONE (1) REGULAR
MEMBER AND TWO (2) ALTERNATE MEMBERS TO THE
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of appointing one
(1) regular and two (2) alternate members to the Board of
Adjustment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That pursuant to Section 28--9 of the Code,
the following person is hereby appointed as a Regular member
of the Board of Adjustment for a three year term to expire on
July 17, 1991.
Joseph Stokvis
SECTION 2: The following persons are hereby appointed as
alternate members of the Board of Adjustment for one year
terms to expire July 17, 1989.
William Danyluck Charles Rosenberg
SECTION 3: This Resolution
immediately upon adoption.
