CITY OF TATIARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-88-
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE
BOARD OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of appointing
members to the Board of Consumer Affairs,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That pursuant to Section 2-5 of the Code, the
following persons are HEREBY APPOINTED members of the Board
of Consumer Affairs for terms to expire June 10, 1989.
Irving Lopatey, Chairman Fred Adler
Harold Blank Nathan Cohen
Norman DuBois Sam Polinsky
Curt Rosenfeld
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
