A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID FOR TAMARAC PARK
BALLFIELD RENOVATION - IRRIGATION MATERIALS AND
EQUIPMENT, BID NO. 88-24; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, bids were advertised in the Fort Lauderdale
News/Sun Sentinel, a newspaper of general circulation in
Broward County on May 11, 1988 and May 18, 1988; and
WHEREAS, bids were opened on May 24, 1988; and
WHEREAS, Melrose Supply and Sales Corporation is the
lowest fully responsive and responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the bid of Melrose Supply and Sales
Corporation in the amount of $18,731.44 for Tamarac Park
Ballfield Renovation - Irrigation Materials and Equipment
with funds to be taken from Account #001-555-572-549, titled
Parks Renovation, is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of
