RESOLUTION NO. R-88-
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND
POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY WATER -
FORD AT WOODMONT LTD., FOR WOODMONT
TRACT 48, (WATERFORD) PROJECT; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Waterford at Woodmont, LTD., as Principal, and
Florida National Bank, as Surety, has filed with the City a
Letter of Credit #M1032 in the amount of $55,421.76 for
public improvements for Woodmont Tract 48 (Waterford)
project; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
most work has been satisfactorily completed and has recom-
mended release of said bond subject to receipt of a cash bond
in the amount of $2,500.00 covering a deficiency in the sewer
line.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Letter of Credit #M1032 posted by
Waterford at Woodmont, LTD., as Principal, and Florida
National Bank, as Surety, in the amount of $55,421.76 for
public improvements for Woodmont Tract 48 (Waterford)
project, is Hereby Released, subject to receipt of a cash
bond in the amount of $2,500.00 covering a deficiency in the
sewer line.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of i' 1988.
