CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-88-
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE
PUBLIC INFORMATION BOARD; PROVIDING FOR
A REPEALER; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of appointing
members to the Public Information Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That pursuant to Section 2--7 of the Code, the
following persons are HEREBY APPOINTED as regular members of
the Public Information Board for terms to expire Jurie 10, 1989:
Louis Silverman Ben Chicofsky
Muriel Davis Jack Lcf
Herman Shulman
SECTION 2: That the following persons are appointed as
alternate members of the Public Information Board for terms to
expire June 10, 1989.
Esther Garfinkel
Sari Tepper
SECTION 3: All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such
conflict.
SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective imme-
diately upon adoption.
