CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE
EXCEPTION TO PERMIT THE OPERATION OF A
BEAUTY SPECIALTY SCHOOL IN BAY 16 OF
THREE LAKES PLAZA AT 3138 WEST COMMER-
CIAL BOULEVARD, REQUESTED BY CAROLYN R.
MOFFATT, PETITION #17-Z-88; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for
the granting of special exception to permit the operation of
a beauty specialty school in Bay 16 of Three Lakes Plaza at
3138 West Commercial Boulevard, Petition #17--Z-88, requested
by Carolyn R. Moffatt; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given their
approval and a Public Hearing has been held and the public
has been given an opportunity to express their views con-
cerning the application for special exception; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that
the petition for special exception would be in keeping with
the public health, safety and general welfare of the City of
Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the petition for special exception to
permit the operation of a beauty specialty school in Bay 16
of Three Lakes Plaza at 3138 West Commercial Boulevard,
Petition #17-Z-88, requested by Carolyn R. Moffatt, is Hereby
Approved.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval:
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this ,!.1 day of 1988.
