CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-8'8-
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATE CITY
OFFICIALS TO EXECUTE AN AFFIDAVIT TO BROWARD
COUNTY CERTIFYING THAT THERE ARE NO OUTSTAND-
ING INVOICES ON THE 201 PUMP STATION AND
FORCE MAIN, TUW PROJECT #86-5; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1 : That the appropriate City officials are HEREBY
AUTHORIZED to execute an affidavit to Broward County certifying
that there are no outstanding invoices on the 201 Pump Station
and Force Main, TUW Project #86-5, a copy of said affidavit
attached hereto as "Exhibit 1".
SECTION 2 : This Resolution shall become effective imme-
diately upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of u JCL , 19 88 .

BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, authorized to
administer oaths and take acknowledgments, personally
appeared Bernard Hart and John Kelly Mayor and City
Manager, respectiveTy, of the City oT-Tamarac, who after
being first duly sworn upon oath, depose and say, that all
persons, firms, or corporations who furnished labor or
material used directly or indirectly in the prosecution of
the work required to be performed by that certain agreement
between Broward County and City of Tamarac dated May 26
1986 in connection with the construction of fo1T0-wing-20fi
Facilities:
a) The 201 Pump Station and other appurtenances associated
with 201 Pump Station and force main facility that are
located within an Easement for Wastewater Sewer Pump Station
and 201 Wastewater Force Main at 6113 N.W. 77th Way,
Tamarac, Florida.
b) 2.099 (+/-) miles of 30" force main and appurtenances
attached thereto from the 201 Pump Station at 6113 N.W. 77th
Way, Tamarac, Florida to University Drive and along
University Drive to the C-14 Canal.
c) 1.19 A +/-) miles of 30" force main and appurtenances
attached thereto located 12, 146, inside the South Right -of -
Way of C-14 Canal from a point 75, (+/-) West of University
Drive to the Sunshine Drainage District East Outfall Canal
(S.F.W.M. Permit No. 8257 dated November 13, 1986.)
d) 2.89 (+/-) miles of 30" force main and appurtenances
attached thereto on the East side of Sunshine Drainage
District East Outfall Canal from the C-14 to Sample Road
(Sunshine Water Control District Permit No. 87--2 dated
October 16, 1986).
e) All of the above
